Ethel's Bio
Ethel Sapera has been a successful agent working for the same firm, Johnston and Daniel (now a part of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd.) for over 30 years. Ethel has won the prestigious Gairdner and Diamond awards consistently throughout her career. In 2004 and 2005, Ethel was the #4 volume producer in her office.
Ethel specializes in high end residential properties and condominiums in the central core of the city, particularly the Bayview, Forest Hill, Rosedale and Yorkville areas.
One of Ethel's spare time activities is golf, where she is known to have some interesting partners.
Ethel resides in the Prince Arthur condominium building in the Yorkville area and specializes in that building as well as all of the new condominiums that have been completed or are under construction in the downtown core. Ethel has become extremely knowledgeable in the condo market. She has sold many condos in the city, ranging from one bedroom pied-a-terres to the finest penthouses.
